Who is Keyla Aldana?

Keyla Aldana (she/her) is a Salvadoran-Guatemalan marketer, digital community builder, and entertainment industry professional based in Los Angeles, CA. She is currently a Music Tour Marketing Assistant at CAA, where she supports artists across their Pop, Rock, and Latin roster.

Keyla specializes in all things digital marketing and audience development, spanning content creation, community management, data analysis and campaign execution. She began her marketing journey at age 14 by building a successful Instagram fan account (800k+ followers), which sparked her deep understanding of online communities and fan engagement within the entertainment industry. Her passion lies in using social media to create meaningful connections between artists and audiences while driving brand and cultural impact.

She graduated from the University of California, Irvine in June 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Featured in Vogue for her work in digital community building, Keyla continues to focus on shaping her career in the entertainment industry by combining creativity with data-driven insights to strengthen brands and spark meaningful digital conversations.

Outside of work, Keyla enjoys spending time with family, friends, exploring new music and films, discovering emerging artists, attending live shows, taking advantage of her AMC A-list membership, and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
